Job Description
- Req#: 4257418
- Resposible for the electrical and controls operations of production unites in assembly
- Prepare Electric bill of material, electrical and pneumatic schematic designs and download operations programs on PLC/HMI equipped units.
- Maintain day-to-day activities in QA Test Department.
- Prepare completed production units for final QA testing prior to release.
- Run tests following supplied guidelines, record results and capture data. This will include checking amp draws, power voltage, pump pressures, and overall machine functionality as designed.
- Document and record test results on inspection traveler forms and maintain ‘Test Log’ as each unit is completed.
- Inform Project Engineer and Production Build Team lead of any non-conformances found during testing so they can be corrected.
