      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      Responsibilities:
      - Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create business, functional, and solution requirements
      - Translate business strategy into structured solution requirements
      - Prioritize requirements based on business and technical needs
      - Facilitate stakeholder sessions to document current state business process, pain points, and design desired future process
      - Develop and document testing strategies and manage testing execution

      Qualifications:
      - 2-4 years of business analyst experience
      - Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and management for small to medium initiatives
      - Experience working in agile teams
      - Proven facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro tools, as well as either hiring or learning tools (Avature/Docebo ideal)

      Requirements:
      - 3-5 years as a technical business analyst
      - HR domain experience required, ideally in either enterprise learning/LMSs or Hiring/systems
      - 3 days onsite in Seattle / 2 days remote
      - Bachelors degree
