Randstad is currently seeking a 1st shift warehouse manager with the following skills and ability to perform the required job duties:

• 3-5 years of warehouse experience (supervisor or management experience required)
• High understanding of shipping/receiving functions such as AS400
• Ability to communicate and coordidate expedited shipments with commercial carriers
• Track all inventory coming into the facility and coordinate whether it goes to the production floor or the staged in the warehouse
• Handle BOLs and make sure all shipments get out on time

salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities:
• Supervise shipping and receiving departmental employees
• Supervise activities to insure finished goods packing integrity to assure packaging is protective and acceptable
by customers.
• Keep track of all inventory
• Enforce safety, organization and all activity within the department

• Coordinate movement of finished goods between warehouses.
• Communicate tracking and other information for expedited shipments
• Develop employees for continual improvement



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

standing for 8 hours at one time
